A main ingredient of our life is food(and drinks). The chinese cuisine is one of the most world famous due to the very wide range of flavours, coming from all the corners of the country. Not only the historical bakground of all the dishes will be clarified, but also the way of cooking, presenting  and consuming and, of course, also an important part of this course is the detailed information of local herbs and spices which make the chinese cuisine so typical.
