Tea ceremony
As you are very well aware of, tea is a very important component of the chinese traditions, but also an important item in the daily life of every chinese. Actually the ceremony of preparing, serving and comsuming tea is a tradition on itself and represents an priority place in the whole culture.
In this course, our students will learn all about tea. The origin of the various sorts of tea and the history behind them, the harvest itself, storage and transport. Also the transition process from the tea leave to drinkable tea and the tradition of serving the tea.
This course is highly recommended, because its high value towards the chinese culture. Having this knowledge will make you be able to look at tea in a very different way and make you be able to impress your visiting friends by drinking tea they way it should be drank.
